“As close as you're getting to a European offsite without leaving California but honestly even putting that connection aside, Carmel-by-the-Sea is a special little heaven unto itself. This is an incredible spot for a team offsite. Close to SFO, blocks from the water, an hour from Big Sur and more cost effective than pretty much any habitable home rental in the area. If the less-than-sexy-or-modern rooms rub your team in the wrong way, you'll know before booking. If not, please let this be at the top of your list for SF-adjacent options.”
