Pepogest Peppermint Oil Softgels

“As someone who’s had chronic (and often med-resistant) migraines for most of my life, I truly view peppermint oil/menthol as my cure-all. These are incredible for indigestion and nausea. Doesn’t have to be the brand I’ve linked, but these are the ones I found available in a Sprouts near me, and they do the trick nicely. The softgel aspect means that they dissolve quickly in your stomach so you get very rapid relief. I first tried these on a trip to India (Pudin Hara are the bomb, though I don’t love that they contain parabens), and since remembering a few months ago how effective they were I’ve gotten into regularly popping 1-2 at the slightest sense of unease.”
