“If you are going to deeply invest in a fantasy series in your lifetime, may I suggest valiantly committing to the year plus it will take to listen to this full series (which is actually four interconnected and overlapping subseries) on audiobook. Robin Hobb is one of the greatest storytellers of our generation, and criminally underrated. One of a few pieces of media that has legitimately changed my life. Come for the living ships and dragons, stay for the most poignant and poetic examinations of love and friendship you’ll ever experience!🌙”
