“A trip to Lyon would not be complete without a meal at this iconic Art Deco brasserie. They serve 1,000 tables per service (!) I've never seen anything else like it. The entire staff comes out singing for birthdays, and since the place is enormous, there’s almost always at least one birthday while you’re there. It feels so festive, even on a Tuesday at noon. My favorite dish is the hearty choucroute. Enjoy :)”
