“My aunt got this for me three or four years ago and it's the only cookbook I regularly flip through for inspo. Health trends/guides make me weary but it feels safe here. My favorite things so far are the sardinian minestrone, the ikarian stews, fennel pot pie, chickpea soup, and winter ratatoullie. This book is also how I discovered I loooove fennel.”
