Anson Mills

“Anson is a chef favorite for all kinds of people you follow all over the country, BUT you can also order direct and they have a HUGE stash of recipes for all their products. My personal favorites: THE GRITS, HOLY SH*T. - I am partial to the Coarse White Corn and the Native Course Blue Corn. THE POLENTA - Fine White Polenta & Course Rustic Polenta Integrale THE RICE - Carolina of all kinds - I've got the Charleston on my to try next list. THE FLOUR - Trigo Fuerte Flatbread, Pasta & Pizza Flour 00's, Abruzzi Heirloom Rye, THE RUSTIC BUCKWHEAT!!! THE FARRO - My favorite grain and all of theirs are great. The Red Peas and Benne flour and seeds are on my next up too. Basically the whole list is amazing. Support the mill supporting good growth standards and product that is more nutrient dense and good for you at the same time. I order a couple of times a year and freeze the extras to use until the next re-up. MORE ABOUT WHAT THEY DO HERE →”
