Diamond Crystal Kosher Salt

“The go-to salt for general cooking that you'll find in most NYC / US restaurant kitchens. Diamond Crystal is the brand to look for given its crystal structure and how it feels in your fingers. Salt is your paramount ingredient in any recipe. When I'm abroad / in Copenhagen, fine sea salt is what I reach for.”

“What can I say, there's a reason it's the standard.”

“The only salt!”

“essential. I accidentally bought a 25LBS bag of salt at Costco (instacart) bc it was $8 and I didn’t think to check the size. I DONT recommend that unless you have the kitchen space (I do not).”

“It is actually the best.”

“the only salt. i buy exclusively in the foodservice packaging because i love the ~vintage~ design and refuse to accept the gentrified version. you can find the original packaging on amazon :)”

“No notes”

“i mean what else do u want from me // if you use morton i will judge you without a second thought”

“the best salt”
