Tuscan Bean and Kale Soup Recipe

“First soup of the season!! Kinda shy posting because she’s on here… but I gotta get over that because you all must make. Filling, healthy (according to kale), and smells insanely yum while cooking. I sometimes sub pancetta for thiq bacon and always top with Greek yogurt. My hubs and I got her cookbook as a wedding gift and every recipe we try is divine. Anddd I now know if something tastes off, I run through my own list of “salt, fat, acid, heat” to see how I can save it. Get to cooking yall it’s soup season!!”
