Summer Smoky Tofu Lettuce Tomato (TLT) Sandwich Recipe

“ok i wouldn't say this recipe will give you great excitement, but i can say that the smoky tofu in it is really yummy. vegan mayonnaise is surprisingly tasty, and i made this a few times last week swapping out the avocado spread for dijon mustard and mayo. if you're still eating dairy, i also added some sharp cheddar, which was nice, and vegan option could be to use really nice produce, like a big juicy tomato, maybe with some added flaky sea salt”
