Shawarma-Inspired Chicken Salad Recipe

“God I’m addicted to rotisserie chicken and BOY is it the easiest thing in the world to shred it up into a delicious chicken salad! My fav iteration is inspired by Lebanese-style chicken shawarma wraps (I’m talking with tons of garlic toum and pickles) and includes mayo (preferably kewpie), a little Greek yogurt, diced dill pickles (or dill relish) + a splash of pickle juice, hot sauce to taste (preferably a vinegar-heavy sauce), a FUCK ton of zaatar seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, cumin, and S&P. Adjust the quantities of wet add ins (mayo, yogurt, & pickle juice) to the size of your bird and to taste. It’s divine!”
