“Loved this witchy novel! Liv is a single mother of three daughters and is commissioned to paint a lighthouse on a Scottish island. The island has a sordid history with its treatment of women accused of witchcraft and the bellows of the lighthouse served as a place of imprisonment and torture. Legend has it the witches cursed the island and it all becomes very real when two of Liv's daughters end up missing. This story just felt so original and thrilling. Really enjoyed this one.”
