“2 months have passed since I started exploring the anti polyester craze while also starting a 200 hour yoga teacher training in the heat of my newish state of texas. Am I ready to teach a 60 min flow? Parts of one, maybe, but this is going to be a longer study for me and I’m okay with that. The growth has been like nothing I’ve experienced before. Am I completely free of synthetic fibers? No again, but Indigo Luna helped kick off the movement for me. As we finally move away from the matching set era, I won’t be bothered to feel constricted in my clothes. Each new purchase or thrift is consciously made to help me flow freely on my mat. Too many years spent with our clothes painted on, limiting the breath. When all we need to do is breath more, deeply. As I feel my way forward in this new knowledge and through my evolving practice, I’m reclaiming my harmony with the natural world. These pieces are designed for the female form.
