“If you like fairytale retellings that have a sci-fi and magical spin to them then you’ll like this one. I really enjoy the characters throughout the series and the unlikely friendships they form while on a mission to save the planet from an evil queen. Plus I cheered for the strong, smart, brave FMCs. By bringing the characters together throughout, you get to see some really fun relationships between them all. The politics, tech, and magic are also very well laid out and easy to follow through the series. It’s held up on every reread! These books released when I was in my early 20s and they’ve stuck with me through my mid-30s.”
