Classic Ruled Notebook

“Start a doc, on your phone or laptop or analog, and go to town. Add everything, EVERYTHING, that you think of to help yourself through. Think with your body, your sense, your heart, your mind. Think with your environment and community. Write down the Rec's that speak to you, how other people got through, how you got through other heart aches (even if they didn't hurt this bad). Write about who you want to be and how you can do that. Nothing is too big or small for your list. Keep your head up, you hurt but it won't go one forever (speaking as someone who went through a life changing breakup).”
