“Baby sleep is famously controversial, instense, and full of choices parents navigate sleep deprived and with too much advice and too little information. This is the best book on infant sleep and development I found as I navigated newborn sleep. It is science-y but also deeply human and compassionate (though it is not immune to the over emotional delivery baby books tend to veer into). I get it for all my pregnant friends and have heard that reading it pre baby provided much easier access to ease and intuition which is what I wish for all new moms.”
