Fake Ass Nails

“As someone who drives across the entirety of Los Angeles to see her manicurist, I NEVER thought I'd be waxing poetic about diy fake ass nails. I'll never leave Nancy, but sometimes, I destroy my manicure before our next appt and I'm stuck between a rock (paying for two manicures in one week) and a hard place (nails that look as busted as I feel.) This happened on the eve of an Emmy awards party I was attending, so I picked up a pack of Chillhouse glue-on nails in a pinch and holy shit. Holy SHIT. I assumed I'd be mid-martini, chatting with an on-screen hero as they'd uncomfortably point out that one or two were now stuck in my hair, but nah. They stay PUT. They look REAL. So much so that I just immediately bought two more pairs. The application is quite stupid-proof, but considering I still have some glue caked on my fingers, I picked this up to make the process easier. I also grabbed this bold wavy pair and shorter retro pattern for when my nails are stumps. but this lil' classy ass rhinestone French mani? we're bonded for life. (or, more realistically, 12-14 days as promised.)”
