Keitt Mango

“These mangoes are hard to tell if they’re ripe or not. They don’t usually change from their green color. What i do is put them in a room temperature area by a window and check on them often to see if they get soft at the stem. When they are ready to eat, the inside is soft and creamy. I find it very hard to locate mangoes like these because usually my luck is with the stringy and floss like mangoes. Kiett mangoes are good in august through october, which is their season.”
