“the other kids book Daniel Kwan made while directing Everything Everywhere All at Once. illustrations by Felicia Chiao.
got this cause i thought it'd be clever + cute. it is. creative use of layout + pages to tell a story. title gets quoted some nights.
haven't seen if this helps kids at bedtime. i'm guessing y'all will also be flipping through the pages chasing this multidimensional brat in the process of learning a lesson. so might be a pre~ sleep wind down book. no less than 23 minutes.
dont make me count
for real, no one likes bedtime when there's interesting things afoot or on your head.”
