“This is the most craveable soup ever. It's also relatively easy and quick to prepare, so it's doable on a weeknight. Flavors are incredible, and it's so meaty, rich, and satisfying. Tastes like something your mother made on the stove for six hours. We top ours with shredded red cabbage, crumbled queso fresco, cubed avocado, and crushed Tostitos.”
