A local CSA supplied my vegetables for years. The occasional challenge was what to do with them. Cabbage invariably became kimchi. It keeps, has a proper kick, and is surprisingly easy to make part of everyday cooking. Your gut will thank you for it, too

the CSA situation is exactly how I find myself in this quandary!!! I started with a quick slaw, it just feels like the cabbage goes on forever! I had a huuuuge bowl of it sitting around for a while and it barely even made a dent in the cabbage

I feel ya. The CSA food waste anxiety is real. It definitely made me a better cook. Unfortunately, it also revealed that I’m not qualified to be the sole caretaker of a weekly box of mystery produce, so now I just hit the farmers market
