I watch TOP HAT every Christmas Day morning and CHEEK TO CHEEK is my favourite dance of the film (obvs.) I love Ginger's ostrich feather glamour-puss dress and for years I've been scouring the internet to see if it's on display anywhere (I presume in Los Angeles...) Unfortunately I am a CATS fan. Again: recommend the entirety of this one. Not sure if the choreography has changed by today but the 1998 taping (available on DVD and on PRIME) is sooo worth watching. Elaine Paige, etc.

Obviously I recommend the entirety of DIRTY DANCING but I know you all know how brilliant it is already. Sooooo today I am here to recommend a lesser-seen Dirty Dancing dance sequence which is the Swayze X Jen screen test. The soundtrack to it - of course - is "SHE'S LIKE THE WIND." RIP Paddy!!! And Jenny I still love you, new nose and all. Just a fool to believe.......
