Eltham Palace and Gardens in Greenwich

Even tho it's kind of ~far out~, Eltham Palace is 100% worth visiting if you're an art deco-head like moi... (As in, it's ORGASMIC.) The place is an unlikely blend of medieval and 1930s; the Courtaulds's mansion is the main Event. Lots of cool gigs take place in the grounds all summer long, so hit it up while it's LIVE! Thank you, English Heritage

San Domenico House Hotel in Chelsea

I'm not really one for stay-cations, but San Domenico House - just north of the Kings Road - is sooo WORTH IT. The DELUX DOUBLE stars an ULTRA-SEXY-GLAM window-side bathtub and a beautiful balcony which is just parfait for a stay-cation coffee and cigarette. Londoner or no, this is the one place you want to be sleeping during the Chelsea Flower Show.

McDonald's at Victoria Station

I'm a McDonald's connoisseur, SUE ME. My favourite McDonald's in London is actually on the first floor at Victoria train station. It's never busy, never overwhelming, always clean and always delicious. You can chill out here for HOURS if you want. The seating area is very spacious and varied - there are steps to sit on, or booths or tall tables, short tables... It's really got everything you need.

Listen: I'm by no means an East London Gal, but over the years, I have oft found myself lurking around Bridget Jones's Borough/Bermondsey. And whenever I'm there - I am pulled straight to B-Street. Bermondsey Street is a hip and vibrant hub of restaurants, pubs and bakeries in SE London which is never-not bustling and buzzing. It's thee young-professional place-to-bee, and some of my favourite spots include Cassé Croute (ltd menu French bistro), Fleurie (does a mean martini!) and the WOOLPACK (ultra-busy and mega youthful pub). Skip BOROUGH MARKET and the Bermondsey Beer Mile - head down to Bermondsey Street instead!

Mina's in Belgravia

Honestly, the bartenders and waiters here are second-to-none and Motcomb Street is pedestrianised which you know I LOVE. Mina's has seen me for first dates, tea with friends, birthday pasta, and recently, a terse break up with my ex! Excellent caff, I <3 Mina's!
