A true delight! Slightly like drinking salad dressing, but in a good way.

Did it with a Meyer lemon, threw ice cubes in the blender, a knob of ginger, 2tbsp honey and 2tbsp honey, pinch of salt.

Ready to try a lime version. Grapefruit? Satsuma? Big batch of citrus blend?
