had this for the first time at kettl in brooklyn, very easy to replicate at home! just whisk a good quality matcha as usual and add sparkling water instead of milk for a more refreshing iced tea. maybe a splash of some sort of lightly sweetened syrup if you’d like, but it’s just as good without.
