When I was a kid, my mom would let me stay up past my bedtime once a week to watch my favourite animal related tv show- the most extreme. Recently I have been getting back into nature documentaries and it's such a great way to unwind at night as opposed to scrolling on your phone, plus you get to learn some interesting facts about animals!
