Favorite childrens books? Either for the words or the beautiful illustrations!

My favorite gift to give new babies (and their parents). And when kids get older, it’s so fun to revisit Sal (and her new little sister) in “One Morning in Maine”!

“Written in 1948, I’ve always had a soft spot for this one because it’s one of the few things my mom remembers from her own childhood. Sal is an endearingly butch little girl who accidentally trades places with a bear cub while picking blueberries. A classic for a reason!”
