Zinc: Zinc is our friend.

Often, when we’re tired, we might turn to vitamins D or C (and a good vitamin boost never hurts). But iron deficiency is often the cause of tired-looking skin… Personally, I often have iron deficiencies because I don’t eat meat.

So you can find iron in lentils, chickpeas, spinach, etc. But a good zinc supplement helps a lot (especially for the skin and acne-prone skin!)

I've included a suggestion for a zinc supplement here, but it's best to go to a pharmacy and consult with a professional in person.

Homemade Electrolyte Drink: fresh lemon juice, sea salt + raw honey into boiling water. add ice if you prefer it refreshing, but according to TCM, drinking it warm is better for your digestion! dehydration/ hangover be gone <3

EDIT: @Yuni recommended stirring in the raw honey once it’s cooled to under 35°C to preserve the raw enzymes! excellent tip :)))
