homemade pizza

making pizza in your home oven is incredibly easy! my girlfriend originally made this dough for manakish, but it ended up being perfect for a small pizza that serves 1-2. pictured below is a nectarine and mortadella pizza i made with basil, pickled turnips, and mozzarella.
