I have some issues with it (constantly squicked out by sex scenes veering into D/s territory without any real thought or care to it in het romance. Sorry.) but one of my favorite reads of the year. My other favorite read of the year is ALSO about a decade spanning toxic relationship where both parties are bad for each other but they’re still trying to get it right. We won’t unpack that!
