retinol for beginners?? I have super sensitive skin! But want to try out retinol :-)

This is from the local store I work at in Nashville, but you can order it online and it’s so so incredible. It’s not retinol but it contains natural/non-toxic retinal alternatives and is so great for sensitive skin. It’s helped my skin so much :)
