Medik8 Crystal Retinal: This is a tiered system where you start really low and gentle and work your way up. This got me all the way to prescription tret. If you’re really sensitive, layer a thin moisturizer underneath like Prequel’s and let it dry before retinal.

Differin: This at night and nothing else. It’s a workhorse. Traditional retin-a never worked for me but this one does. It’s also more gentle, and I like the gel consistency.

Face Serum from The Good Fill: This is from the local store I work at in Nashville, but you can order it online and it’s so so incredible. It’s not retinol but it contains natural/non-toxic retinal alternatives and is so great for sensitive skin. It’s helped my skin so much :)
