The Flow Vélo : Cognac / Saintes, cycle route along the Charente River

A bike ride along the Charente river : it’s flat, quiet, pastoral, and friendly. 

Grab a picnic blanket, something to eat, and a good book: take a break by the water.

The Flow velo bike ride is around 400 km from Dordogne to the Atlantic coast, but my favorite part will be around Cognac city.
