Victoria pool - Saratoga springs NY

I think it’s one of the oldest public pools in the U.S.—a beautiful relic of the era when even going for a swim apparently required ambitious architecture. The pool itself is pretty great too… basically the Gatsby of public swimming pools.

Taking a sailboat out in Rhode Island

This club lets you rent a midsize sailboat in Newport — all you need to do is prove in 5 min you can handle a sailboat and they’ll let you take them out on your own. Not many other places offer this with boats these big — they fit up to 6 people comfortably

Långholmsbadet

I’ve been spending my last three summers in Stockholm, this July as well. One of my favorite things to do is swim in the city… you’ll notice so many swimming holes. Långholmsbadet is one of my favorites. The beach has a beautiful cafe, there is a “kayak-o-mat” and one of the biggest rope swings attached to the bridge.

can’t recommend this cooler enough. Not only does it do a better job than those clunky LEGO block yeti coolers, it looks and travels better too. A testament to Scandinavian design.

Is there any better road trip vehicle for those memory making road trips and summer vacations “America are getting killed by incredibly ugly crossover SUVs and other massive cars. The appeal for gigantic cars is lost on me. They are a pain to park, they mostly get bad gas milage and they almost never look good. I personally dislike “being up high” while driving and much prefer to drive just a regular car.” — michael Williams

Cap Ferret in the summer feels like the Hampton's cooler French cousin — less scene, effortless. Everybody’s biking around in linen, oysters at lunch, and somehow ending up barefoot at dinner. low-key fancy in that very French way that makes you want to stay another month.
