Smoked salmon on soft sourdough: Fresh sourdough bread, cream cheese, cold smoked salmon, sprouts, thinly sliced cucumber, pickled onion. Fresh herbs either layered in sandwich or chopped and mixed into cream cheese (basil, parsley, dill, tarragon, lovage are all great).

trader joes calabrian spread: If you like spicy, this makes every sandwich 100x better! If they take this away, I don’t know what I’ll do! Other Calabrian chile pepper spreads just don’t have that kick like this one does! Add it to a Cesar salad and you’ve got a spicy Cesar that’s checks kiss 🤌

Picnic Style Brie and Prosciutto Sandwich: I make this sandwich for parties or picnics and cut them into 12 small sandwiches vs what could probably be four main sandwiches using a big slab of herby focaccia or herb slab by Acme bread (local to the Bay Area) it tastes even better after the flavors meld together after 2-3 hours. The fig jam vinaigrette is so bomb!
