I feel like a lot of Executive Funtioning deficits get dismissed as character flaws like laziness or incompetence or just swept under ADHD. If I could wave a magic wand and fix these areas that I lack, I would. I’m always trying to come up with systems to help my weak Executive Functioning processes (working memory, order-of-operations, problem-solving). It’s why I’m happy to be the number 3 in command as opposed to 1 or 2 lol.
