My family has watched Schitt’s Creek, The Office, and Parks and Rec twice. When we were all younger we watched Curious George over and over and over. It just feels good and it’s the easiest family activity that makes us all happy. In need of comfort, need to fill 25 minutes, connect after an argument, wind down before bed, or just spend quality time together? This works!

I love this inclusive and supportive message from Elle Murphy, Staff Psychotherapist at Perinatal Mental Heath Center of Chicago to Yoona Waganer at Neighborhood Parents Network: "One of the most common misconceptions is that postpartum mental health only belongs to those who birth a child, and this is not true. Anyone who becomes a parent is now postpartum: non-birthing parents, parents who adopt, foster, or use surrogacy; these individuals often go underscreened and underserved."
