Magnesium + Riboflavin

I saw a neurologist about mine a few years ago. We discussed avoiding triggers (I know what mine are) but also taking daily magnesium and riboflavin supplements as a preventative measure. I also have a prescription medication for when I actually experience a migraine but I honestly haven’t needed it since I started the supplements and got serious about avoiding my triggers, which I’m able to do most of the time, and it’s now been a few years.
