McMansion Hell

Hannah Noah

“Hilarious blog that makes fun of poorly designed over-the-top mansions with detailed breakdowns of why these houses are ridiculous. Too bad money cannot buy taste! Anyway, a great read after a long day.”

Ariel

“I’ve been reading this blog for about a decade and it still makes me reliably snort-laugh every visit, but it’s also just excellent, informative writing about some very interesting topics. Highly recommend, even if you’re not at all into architecture.”

Darcy Groves

“McMansion Hell is the greatest blog (and Kate Wagner’s twitter is a must-follow). Learn about the history of American Architecture and why exactly McMansions are so darn ugly.”
