Might be my favorite SF restaurant? The locally caught fresh anchovies, when available, are briny and delicious, especially on the anchovy toast. The rest of the menu, which changes frequently, can be hit or miss but when it hits it HITS. I still think about you, fish sauce caramel ice cream
