Mess Up

I'm kind of scared of grilling. There: I said it! But having recently acquired a decent used Weber Spirit, I can't live in fear any more and it's summer in the northern hemisphere which means it's now or never. What are your go-to grilling things? Recipes, tools, tips and tricks are all welcome, please and thank you.

I like to cook. I like to grill. I don’t like to brag but I’m good at both. The number one piece of advice I’d ever give is: mess it up. The fastest path to success is learning from continued failure. Try, adjust, try, adjust etc and you’ll be at least decent by your fourth or fifth go.
