Learning How to Learn: Powerful mental tools

This is the best class on Coursera, and I spent so much time taking Coursera classes during COVID that I can confidently say that. Learning How to Learn is such a great source of memory-strengthening tricks and tips, I still use one of the exercises to help remember my grocery list.
As I continue to rely on my cursed phone more and more, this class provides an opportunity to strengthen and instead rely on the incredible tool that is my BRAIN, baby!
