I know there’s discourse on the efficacy of collagen supplements, however, after I took this for about a month I had insanely strong and long nails and when I went to get my haircut my hair stylist asked me what I had been doing because my hair was stronger and fuller (I have been going to her for 5 years) 🤷🏼‍♀️
