Nine Orchard

I did a staycation at Nine Orchard and had the best time. Your mileage may vary depending on how much you care for Dimes Square/the Lower East Side, but I think the location is excellent if you lean into the neighborhood. Lots of great shops and restaurants around, Metrograph is around the corner and you can walk most to places below Delancey in under 20 minutes.
