THIS IS NOT A YOU PROBLEM. The systems are not designed for job seekers FULL STOP. I’m a long time career counselor, btw. Remember, you are fucking amazing, and job searching SUCKS hard. Now, and always, and uniquely to each of us. Its really, really hard.

Whereever possible, talk to real humans about your interests. Ask for career conversations with any/all folks. Seriously! Its not easy to reach out I KNOW!!!

And, you learn sooo much juicy qualitative info that you cant get otherwise. Use the internet first research to connect to humans. Will each conversation be revelatory? Nah. Some will be, and it will be more life affirming than the ether of any site. And congratulate yourself as a lovely baddie for trying shit!
