My New Spice Resolution

I took a long, hard look at myself and decided: no more aspirational spice purchases! Instead, I'm going to maintain a lean, mean, compact spice system that's totally doable thanks to Gneiss Spice and Re Grocery Store, both of which sell zero-waste, organic spice refills in different sizes. And, as it turns out, Weck jars, with all the stackable options, solve the problem of having a bunch of spices in different amounts. (Note: mini molds with clips fit perfectly on top of the jars with a 3 1/8" lid.) Weck has been making the same glass jars in Germany for more than a century.
