Made in France. As someone who constantly uses nutmeg in savory foods, I can't live without this! It's a dream to use, and it never lets me down, no matter how much it gets used and abused, which it does, especially every Thanksgiving. And it ages beautifully. No wonder why Julia Child had one just like it (on display in her kitchen at the Smithsonian). Marlux is a French heritage brand that has been making mills and grinders since 1875.
