Sal de Añana

Product of the Basque Country. This salt on top of tomatoes drizzled with EEVO, is just so good! Prized by chefs throughout Spain, Sal de Añana has large, dense flakes that add crunch and such a pure mineral taste. No wonder, it's hand-harvested from a 7,000-year-old underground spring fed by a 200-million-year-old ancient sea deposit in Álava, Spain.
