I find this fascinating! I’m just retired from a career in Education, where I worked with a teacher who needed a scent free workplace. At first it really challenged me. Aveda was the only scented product that she could tolerate. (Botanicals?) If someone came to the school with scent on and we didn’t catch it, she would break into hives, become short of breath and often need to go home. Supply teachers had to be smelled at the door (practically). The experience opened my eyes and olfactory! I became used to wearing scent free products (apart from Aveda) and now I prefer it.
