Juicy breast, who dis?

Meal prepped a big batch of chicken breast (which I usually dislike) following the simple instructions of Madelaine Rascan on insta (link below) with a couple of modifications and I am reaping the joy of having these neatly sliced juicy little babies with a side of Whole Foods Greek Quinoa Salad for my lunches this week. (And last night’s dinner)

My modifications:

• Used Dan O’s Outlaw Seasonings in Butter Dust and Sweet & Tangy BBQ (our new fave combo at our place)

• Pounded these babies a little by putting parchment paper on top and hitting em w a rolling pin until they were about even thickness give or take

• Set the timer for 10 minutes, used thermometer, put back in for another 4

• Sliced em and put them in my little containers for lunch with enough left over for some chicken burritos or really whatever I fancy for the rest of the week

Highly recommend. Like. Woah.
