Smitten Kitchen Chocolate Olive Oil Cake

This cake is easy to make and a complete show-stopper. Also,it's vegan (if you use dairy-free chocolate chips). You can make it with coffee or water- I always opt for coffee. It's moist, rich, and if I weren’t already in bed for the night I would go make this cake right now. You should make it, too.

Not normally an olive oil cake person but I made this for a friend’s birthday and we left it on the grass and it got covered in ants… Reader, we still ate it, it was THAT delicious.

Yep, this is my go-to chocolate cake. I use just sunflower oil because I'm not huge on olive oil, and it's always a hit. So easy to make too.
